We will review your request and respond via email if your request has been approved or rejected.


    Strictly no returns on the following items:

              - pierced earrings
              - made to order (including custom orders and personalised pieces)
              - sale items (marked down in price)

    All other items can be returned and must be in new and unused condition. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid potential damage during transit.

    If you paid for shipping in your original order, these charges will not be refunded.


    Domestic: $8 flat rate return via our Australia Post returns portal. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

    Overseas: You will be responsible for return shipping costs via your choice of carrier.


    We now offer exchanges for any items, as long as they are not pierced earrings or made to order (including custom orders and personalised pieces)

    Please let us know which item you'd like to return, and what you'd like to exchange it for. We will create a new exchange order for you, which will include our reduced rate $8 return shipping fee (AU only) to send back your return.


    You must notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.

    Items must be posted (marked as lodged) within 2 weeks of approval of your returns request.


    We have a 6 months warranty to cover manufacturing faults. If your product is deemed to be faulty we will either repair or replace your item at no additional cost. 

    Damage due to wear and tear is not covered under our manufacturing warranty. Examples of wear and tear include tarnish, scratches, dents and stretched chains.

    If you would like a piece of jewellery repaired, we will advise at the time of your request whether it is something we are able to facilitate at an additional cost.
