Had to send my Luna chain back the day I received it. It's the thinnest, meanest chain for $260. The photos and videos make the chain appear to be thicker than it is. Very deceiving.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the Luna Chain! It is in fact our daintiest chain and the width of the links are about 1mm which is clearly stated in the product listing. Although it is thin, it is still a good thickness to stand up to everyday wear (with a bit of care). The images are a mix of close up and wide shots as well as on models to help give you a sense of the size of the chain. The perspective will of course give you a different impression depending on how zoomed in the image is. This is why we also provide the dimensions in the product description.

Such a fantastic idea to offer this for customers to purchase. I hope there's an option to get it in white gold in the future. I would definitely buy again for my other necklaces.
I purchased both the Block Letter Pendant & Mini Heart Tag Pendant. They are both gorgeous quality. I am so incredibly happy with my purchase, you can tell they are well made and look just as good as I expected.
I purchased the silver Lumiere bracelet ($50) using a $50 voucher I received after spending around $1200 on a gold necklace plus charms to commemorate my late father, so the bracelet was technically 'free', just paying postage.
With only 3 sizes to choose from, I chose the largest after measuring my wrist. I knew it was going to be close which was fine but when I received the bracelet and tried it on, it didn't fit at all, and my wrists are pretty average sized. It's fine, I don't necessarily care about the bracelet itself as I wanted to use the voucher but not spend any extra money given I'd spent so much already, and knew that if the bracelet didn't fit given its tiny length, I could gift it to someone.
My issue is that the biggest sized bracelet isn't actually 'big' at all... the amount of people who would not be able to fit the 'biggest size' would surely outweigh those who didn't, and this to me just wreaks of size inclusivity issues.
I get it, small businesses can't always stock or provide heaps of sizes but I sit and wonder... surely you can do better. It's 2025, fatphobia isn't cool. Especially when you're also selling bracelets that cost thousands of dollars in only 3 or 4 tiny sizes, are they for children?! Or just tiny adults... because you seemingly don't want anyone who is larger wearing your jewellery.
It's disappointing because I want to support small businesses but it's too hard when I don't feel welcome because I'm 'too big' to fit anything you sell. I'm glad the bracelet was free, I've just got to find a tiny human it will fit to gift it to.

As you've mentioned, we do experience challenges with being able to stock a wide range of sizes as a small business. What we've done is stock sizes that we've understood from our customers as the most popular sizes. However, we also offer some custom sizing options for certain styles - so we always encourage customers to reach out if they have any particular requests or preferences and we can work on ways to accommodate that. We have done this many times for customers before, and we will make updates on the website to ensure that this option and messaging is more clear.
For the bracelet you’ve ordered, we can actually create a custom size for you – so I will send through an email directly to you to come up with a resolution. Please check your spam folder in case it ends up in there.

I bought theses reversible gold huggies and they're expected what I needed - put together and elegant, but small enough to sleep in / wear under headphones.
Although it’s small it does draw the eye (I got the rose pendant). Not overpowering and looks great layered either my other necklaces
